Located right in the heart of the beautiful old town, this hotel is a perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to explore the city. It is a stone's throw away from the theatre, making it easy to get to and from shows. the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed. the service is exceptional, with friendly staff who are always happy to answer any questions. Breakfast is a great way to start the day, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.
Though disappointing, we were still able to enjoy the beautiful rooftop terrace and soak up the sun with a stunning view.

the breakfast was delicious and generous, the staff friendly, they even called a cab for us when we needed to head out. the room was clean, comfortable and had great AC. the rooftop jacuzzi had amazing views and the pool was refreshing too. the plants in the courtyard added to the magical ambiance.
The pool and jacuzzi were not as clean as they should have been, especially with the hot weather and everyone using them. the street could be noisy at times, but it was worth it for the fantastic location and the charming atmosphere of the hotel.

Spent my xmas in a hotel in Colombia. The location was great, just a few steps away from the city walls and near the theatre. Loved the plants in the courtyard which made it seem magical. The pool was clean and the hot tub was on the roof which had great views. The staff were friendly and respectful and recommended good places to eat.
The hotel was horrible. They were not attentive or helpful at all.
